A new clinic, PRI wanted to make a big first impression – online, with referring practitioners, and the community.
We started with a strong identity that was easy to read and recognize amongst the local multicultural community. We then carried this identity through to all of their collateral materials, signage and website.
The core strategies we had in creating the PRI website was that it had to appeal to a number of different demographics, each with unique needs. The information had to be relevant, easily accessible, and clear.
Within months of opening, PRI had to higher additional staff to support the influx of new patients.
