Dr. Andrew Kay wanted to shake things up. A crowded marketplace, too much of a dependency on referrals, and an industry void of creativity gave Dr. Kay the motivation to change how his practice presented itself.
We started off with a total rebrand, going with a clean modern design and colours that conveyed strength, professionalism, and warmth. We then created new collateral materials including business cards and stationary.
When is came to the website, our goal was to provide relevant information in an easy to understand format, without being too graphic or intimidating. We also wanted to showcase Dr. Kay’s extensive experience and skills, both technically and as a communicator.
Within 30 days of the new site going live, he moved from page five to page one in Google for “Toronto periodontist”. His has also seen an increase in new patients who attribute his website as a deciding factor in calling him for a consultation.
